Brexit: 6 Months Later

01 juli 2021
12.00–13.00

Digitalt

On the 1st of July, 6 months will have passed since the UK left the EU and the single market. The UK has long been one of the most important trading partners of Sweden and the Stockholm region. Many Swedish businesses were naturally concerned over the potential impact Brexit would have on their business with the UK, leading up to the transition. Have the first 6 months been more disruptive or smoother than anticipated?

The purpose of this digital seminar is to get a better understanding of how Swedish businesses have been affected by the UK’s exit from the EU. We will attempt to address the following questions: Were companies sufficiently prepared for Brexit? Have there been any noticeable changes in import, export and investment flows? What unanticipated problems have arisen? How have companies handled these new challenges? Are businesses generally optimistic or pessimistic about the future business relationship between the countries?

Join us at 12:00-13:00 on the 1st of July to listen to valuable insights surrounding the aftermath of the transition so far:
